In most cases, “pre-washing” is not necessary and requires more water and energy. Instead, the stained areas can be pre-treated with a stain remover (e.g. curd soap). If you choose the prewash program anyway, half a bluu wash strip is enough to put in the prewash compartment; you can also put the other wash strips for the normal program in the compartment instead of putting them in the drum. To do this, simply tear the strips into smaller pieces.
