Invoicing at bluu is handled by our external partner “POWERPAY”. Please check your mailbox and spam folder for an email with the subject “bluuwash.com - invoice POWERPAY XXXXXXX” from the sender “[email protected]”. The e-mail will be sent to you immediately after we have confirmed dispatch.

Please note: You will receive the first invoice from POWERPAY by e-mail with a payment term of 14 days and an additional grace period until the end of the month. This first invoice is completely free of charge. The initial invoice e-mail will state that a monthly invoice will be sent by post in the following month, which will incur administration fees of CHF 2.90. If this invoice is not paid on time, additional reminder fees will be charged.
